Settlement of Hasan Khan, 1910
Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Hasan Khan, the son of Haji Mirza Isma‘il, sells a house and a garden in Char Minar [Chahar Minar], including the limited right to use water from Ab Anbar [cistern], to Aqa Sayyid Ahmad Fakhr al-Hukama’ in exchange for two hundred tumans. Asad Allah denies any claims on the house on behalf of himself and his paternal aunt, Tuba Khanum. Zaynab Khanum, and Fatimah Khanum, the wife and daughter of Hasan Khan, respectively, also have confirmed that the house and the building belong to Mu‘tamad al-Sultan and that they have no claims.

Settlement of Baygum, the daughter of Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-Javad, with Aqa Muhammad Ibrahim, the son of Haji Aqa ‘Abd al-Husayn, over some shares of usage of water from a qanat, for two thousand and six hundred tumans. She has also sold her revocation right for two hundred tumans, making the total price two thousand and eight hundred tumans (January 8, 1918). Karbalayi Muhammad, son of Darvish, gives the power of attorney to the writer to divorce his consummated wife, Sakinah Khanum, daughter of Aqa Kushi [?]. She, too, gives the the power of attorney to the writer for waiving her mahr and divorcing her husband.
